A Brief Walk Around Your Home By An Inspector Can Help Identify Quick Repairs Before Selling Your Home

Getting ready to sell your home? Ensure a smoother, more informed selling process with our new Walk & Talk Service.

What is the Walk & Talk Service?

Our licensed home inspector will visit your home before you list it for sale. During this visit, the inspector will:

Walk through your home: Conduct a thorough walkthrough of your property to identify any potential issues that might arise during the selling process.

Point out issues: Highlight areas that may need attention, such as maintenance or repairs, to avoid surprises during buyer inspections.

Provide expert tips: Offer valuable advice on home maintenance and minor repairs that can enhance your home’s appeal and value.

Benefits of the Walk & Talk Service:

Prevent last-minute surprises: Address issues before they become obstacles in negotiations or delay the sale.

Enhance your home’s marketability: Small repairs and maintenance can significantly boost your home’s attractiveness to potential buyers.

Expert insights: Gain peace of mind with professional recommendations tailored to your home’s specific needs.

How much is the Walk & Talk Service?

Our Walk & Talk Service is just $150.  Prices may vary depending on travel distance and size of the home.

Is the Walk & Talk Service the same as a Home Inspection?

No, the Walk & Talk is not a comprehensive inspection.  As the name suggests, it’s an opportunity to have a licensed inspector walk your home, inside and outside, pointing out items to you.  No tools are utilized and no reports are generated.  If you would like a comprehensive pre-listing inspection we offer that service also.
