A brand-new home still has builder defects, like missed flashing, incomplete HVAC, plumbing and electrical issues, that are easy to overlook and expensive later. Hanna Home Services provides independent new construction inspections across Northeast Florida, so you can catch problems before you close. Certified Master Inspector Les Hanna inspects every home personally, with same-day reports, throughout Jacksonville, St. Augustine, St. Johns, Clay County, and the surrounding areas. Already closed?
